Welcome to Pathly, the interactive career direction app by Destek Bilişim. Pathly helps users discover career profiles with a quick RIASEC-based personality quiz, optional AI-enhanced career visuals, and unlockable premium experiences.

This page describes the terms of use for Pathly (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you accept these terms.

1) Scope of the service

The App provides career test results and optional generated visual content. Content is for informational purposes only and is not professional advice.

2) Purchases

Digital purchases are processed through the App Store / Google Play. Cancellations, refunds, and billing are governed by the applicable store’s terms.

3) Credits / digital content

• Credits are digital content; usage rules are shown inside the App.
• Credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

4) Prohibited use

• You may not misuse the App or attempt reverse engineering.
• Automation or abuse that disrupts the service is prohibited.

5) Limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
