How do I register my pet in the app?
Go to the "Home" tab, tap the "+" button, and enter your pet's details such as name, breed, and photo to register them.
How do I generate a QR code for my pet?
After registering your pet, go to their profile.Download and print the QR code provided.
How do I attach the QR code to my pet's collar?
Print the QR code on a durable label or sticker, laminate it for protection, and securely attach it to your pet's collar using adhesive or a holder.
What happens if my pet is lost and the QR code is scanned?
When someone scans the QR code, a notification will be sent to you with the location. You can view the exact spot on the map within the app.
Why am I unable to scan the QR code?
Ensure the QR code is clean, undamaged, and aligned within the scanner square in the app. Try in good lighting or contact support if the issue persists.
