2. Data We Collect
We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide the service:

We do not collect email addresses, passwords, location data, or browsing history.
3. How We Use Your Data
- CV Generation: Your name, photo, and other inputs are used solely to generate a PDF CV document for you.
- AI Photo Transformation: Your selected photo is sent to fal.ai for AI processing. fal.ai processes your image to change outfit/background as instructed. Photos are not stored permanently by us or fal.ai beyond the processing request.
- In-App Purchases: Purchase validation is handled by RevenueCat. We receive only your subscription/purchase status — not your payment details.
- Local Storage: Language preference, AI credit count, and CV data are stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly generate a CV.
4. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
- fal.ai — AI photo processing. Privacy Policy
- RevenueCat — In-app purchase management. Privacy Policy
- Apple App Store / Google Play — App distribution and payment processing.
We do not share your data with any other third parties for advertising, analytics, or marketing purposes.
5. Data Retention
- CV data and photos are stored locally on your device and are deleted when you uninstall the App.
- AI-processed photos are not retained after the transformation is complete.
- Purchase records are maintained by the app store and RevenueCat according to their respective policies.
6. Children's Privacy
Fun CV is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data. All communication with third-party services (fal.ai, RevenueCat) occurs over encrypted HTTPS connections. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:
- Access: Request a copy of your personal data.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your data (most data is stored locally and can be deleted by uninstalling the App).
- Portability: Receive your data in a portable format.
- Objection: Object to certain processing of your data.

9. GDPR (European Users)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our lawful basis for processing your data is:
- Contract performance: Processing is necessary to provide the App service you requested.

- Consent: For AI photo transformation (you explicitly choose to use this feature).
10. CCPA (California Users)
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your personal information, and the right to opt out of sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy at this URL with the revised date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
