By downloading, installing, or using Fun CV, you agree to these Terms of Use and End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. About the App
Fun CV ("the App") is a mobile application that lets users create CV documents using professionally designed templates and AI-powered photo transformation features. The App is developed and maintained by Destek Bilişim.
2. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Download and install the App on devices you own or control.
- Use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of this license.
3. In-App Purchases
The App offers a Premium Pack as a one-time consumable purchase. This purchase:
- Unlocks all premium CV templates (Themes 2–16) permanently for the account.
- Grants a fixed number of AI photo transformation credits (as displayed at the time of purchase).
- Can be repurchased at any time to top up AI credits after they are exhausted.
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Prices are displayed in your local currency. Payments are charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds. Refund requests are subject to the policies of the respective app store. You may submit a refund request directly to Apple or Google.
4. AI Features
The App uses a third-party AI service (fal.ai) for photo transformation. By using AI features:
- You grant us permission to send your selected photo to the AI service for processing.
- Photos are processed solely to generate the CV output and are not stored permanently on our servers.
- AI-generated results may not always be accurate or suitable. Use at your own discretion.
5. User Content & Data
You retain ownership of all content you input into the App (name, photo, personal information). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the service.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
- Create CVs containing false information intended to deceive employers.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Remove or circumvent any copy protection or digital rights management mechanism.
- Use automated scripts to access or interact with the App.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and CV templates within the App are the intellectual property of Destek Bilişim or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Destek Bilişim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of employment opportunities.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your license at any time if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published at this URL. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in Turkish courts.
